Amazing shop, amazing technicians, amazing customer service! What I love about this shop...TRUSTWORTHINESS!!! The owner Raphael is extremely customer focused, relatable, and just flat out down to earth kind. I have an older BMW which requires some bigger service items now at the 65K mile mark and Raphael has helped me with prioritizing the work according to my technician's assessment, and stacking work so that I'm not paying for services twice (i.e. when replacing heater hoses it also requires coolant flush so when I wanted a coolant flush as regular service he suggested to wait so I didn't have to pay for it twice). When I schedule service I receive notifications as soon as my car is checked in, when the technician begins work, and when my car is ready for pickup. Every service invoice includes photos of the full exterior of my car, and all of the mechanical work to show the issues which gives me full confidence that I'm not being sold services unnecessarily. All recommended work is photographed and included on the invoice with estimates. They are ALWAYS accommodating, friendly and respectful with any questions I have. My car is always handled with care on the interior (they protect the inside while working on it). This is the first shop where I genuinely feel like a respected client rather than just another person bringing a broken car that needs to be fixed. I've been a client since 2022. They've saved me so much money!!!! Foreign Autohaus is just all around fantastic, I can't say enough great things about this shop and their staff. Highly recommend! If you have a BMW, COME HERE!
