I brought in my Mercedes GL550 for a pre-purchase inspection because I kept hearing this weird knocking or clunking sound. Right away, Rafael made me feel comfortable and respected. The inspection was super thorough. The mechanics at the shop figured out that the air suspension compressor had been installed backwards by a different mechanic. That could have been a serious issue, but he explained it all in a way that made sense and didn’t try to scare me into extra repairs. No upselling. No pressure. Just the facts. I really appreciated that. What meant even more is that I’ve been going through some medical issues lately, and Rafael was just incredibly kind and understanding. He made sure the repairs were done quickly so I wouldn’t be stuck without a car. He fixed the issue by remounting the compressor correctly and made sure the car was safe to drive. It’s hard to find a mechanic who is honest and truly cares, but that’s exactly what I found here. I’d definitely recommend Foreign AutoHaus and will be coming back if I need anything else. Just had my clutch, flywheel, motor mounts, and some suspension replaced and ungraded. Also has all fluids replaced and upgrade. They did a great job, no issues, and their team was great. Would definitely recommended if you are needing work.

Professionals.easy scheduling process, very efficient check in process, excellent and highly skilled service technicians.all for a fair and reasonable cost. Never get any dog and pony stuff from them. This is why we have our Range Rover serviced here and not at the dealership.
