Recently had our transmission serviced on our '05 Mini Cooper S and had a concern with some troublesome shifting which had been occurring prior to our appointment. Nico stepped up and performed a software download trying to rectify the problem. Unfortunately it didn't resolve the issue, but it was really outstanding of them to do their best to try to fix the issue. Mike S.

Nico has been keeping me aware of the state of my car each time i bring it in.. and after many miles and a few years, breaks became a necessity. They did a great job in making sure the car was done and i could pick it up. I appreciate the time and effort and constant updates when expectations change.

The service provided was good and I got back my car in good condition. The staff was also very courteous in providing a shuttle service to the car rental.
