Through a mix-up in communication my husband was dead set against going to this place. But I stopped by for a moment to ask him a question about our BMW. I spoke with Jason, very nice guy, very informative and has earned himself a customer for life. He went out of his way to talk with me, to explain things to me. He even took time off his personal schedule to make sure that I was taking care of. I can't say enough good things about this guy.

Jason was able to explain in detail how the vacuum door interlock works and how it may have failed. His knowledge and service orientation is excellent.

I had originally scheduled an appointment to leave my vehicle in the morning. I forgot to leave it and called in at 11am. Spoke with Rafael (the owner) and he said, "No problem, bring it in". When I got there he was on the phone manning the front by himself because one of his people went home sick. The conversation involved trying to diagnose the issue. He was very transparent about what he thought could be going on with the caller's vehicle. I could tell Rafael cares about his clients, and I will be going back when my vehicle needs service/repair. Appreciate what you do Rafael...Go Cowboys!

Jason went above and beyond to make sure I had my BMW 650 back when promised. They had a technical issue in the shop that prevented him from completing the job at the time he stated so they stayed late to complete my car and delivered it to my house later that evening! Amazing service! Moreover, since the work they performed was related to an insurance claim made on the vehicle a year ago - and serviced by Roseville BMW who missed several damaged parts - Jason will be sending in a supplemental estimate to get the costs of this repair covered under my insurance. A big thank you to Jason and the Autohaus team! I have definitely found the go-to shop for my vehicles.

Raise your hand if you enjoy spending time and money getting your car serviced and repaired. Hmmm, nobody? I Guess I'm not surprised. But face it, service and repair is a fact of life if you own a car. So when you do need help you want fast, reliable, honest, and fairly priced service, right? Foreign Autohaus is that place. Great people. They know what they're doing. And their prices are fair. Best shop I've dealt with over 57 years (yikes!) of car ownership.
