Guys at FA took on a difficult issue to diagnose & resolve issue with my A5, gave it a try to keep cost to a minimum, unfortunately Audi has proprietary rights to software required to correct issue. Rather than incur expense to purchase 1 time use CD they referred me to Audi dealer, thus saving me $$$.

Quick, fast, and friendly. Plus they know what they are doing. What mire can you ask for.
