Excellent service!

Cars like anything else will have problems. That is expected. What makes those problems less of a global catastrophy and more of a minor inconvienience is for me The people out at Foreign Autohaus in El Dorado Hills CA. They take care of me. They try very hard to reduce the burden suffered when my car needs service. As I consider any vehicle, whether or not Foreign Auto Haus will service it weighs heavily on my auto decisions.

Our car had a malfunction the Friday before Christmas week, and I was so glad we had Foreign Autohaus to help us! They not only were able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently, they also were extremely accomodating with the Christmas holiday schedule. We owe them a HUGE debt of gratitude. I have always been extremely pleased with the service, both on our cars as well as the customer service we receive (Travis, you are wonderful to work with!) Thank you again to the entire Foreign Autohaus team!

Excellent service. I was able to schedule a next day appt. I received a call re additional work needed and my car was still done by end of the day. Raphael and Travis did a great job of telling me what to expect and why the work was needed. The shop is exceptionally clean and the waiting area is very comfortable. I have been taking my cars to Foreign Autohaus since it opened and really appreciate the local, friendly, compentent and accommodating service.

You can't do better. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else.

Excellent Service

Good service is not a benefit as why would you do business with anyone that does not give you good service. However giving service that exceeds your expectations is what defines a great company and Foreign Autohaus is a great company. That is why they have serviced our Mercedes for over 11 years and we go no where else.
