They really know what they are doing! They will diagnose, give you a complete breakdown of your work needed, explain and tell you what needs to be done to repair your vehicle properly and or the minimum you can get by with. They always stand by their work. If they should ever misdiagnose your problem, they will happily give your money back or apply it towards the repair. They have integrity! This business was referred to me by a car audio place in Folsom. I've put over 114k miles on my X5 since 2001 and it's seen quite a few repair shops over the years - dealership and independent-owned. These guys were top-notch professionals - direct and fair. Nico explained the problem and answered all my questions patiently and politely, then repeated the whole process again on the phone with my husband. Pick up and drop off were a breeze. There are shops that I won't take my X5 to, but this isn't one of them - they'll be seeing me again.
