It became obvious when I drove to work Saturday morning (11-6)that the thermostat was malfunctioning. It was the coldest day of the year so far, and the M3 wasn't able to get up to normal operating temperature; it was sluggish and chugging gas. One call to F.A. and Ralph had a new thermostat installed and the oil changed the following Monday. Fast & reasonable.
