I don't write reviews much, in fact I never do, but after my experience with Foreign Autohaus, I felt inclined to Yelp. My wife and her family have been coming to FA for years and swear by the service. When I recently came in to do a brake job on wife's Mercedes I felt the great customer service that my family spoke about. The service guys are highly trained professionals that have mastered all European cars. When I asked them about what vehicle I should buy my family next they gave me recommendations based on my family needs and the most dependable cars not the cars that would cause mechanical issues and bring them in business. The owner, Rafael is awesome. An extremely genuine owner, I felt like I had been talking to one of my friends I've known for years. He makes you feel at home and does not try to capitalize off you. Let's be honest if you are taking your car to a European mechanics than you're probably driving an expensive luxury car that aren't cheap to fix, but I will say his prices are fair. He understands car troubles is stressful enough and tries to alleviate your problems. I know that I will continue my families tradition of taking my cars to Foreign Autohaus. An awesome experience. Highly recommend.
