I was a bit disappointed, since work was just done in October and the records should have been fairly evident, that the staff did not immediately recognize that the problem my car was exhibiting (coolant leak) might be related to the October work. In short, a quick review of vehicle history and work done should be done prior to commencing any work. When brought to the staff's attention though, they very readily adjusted all costs (no charge, under warranty) and even defrayed the cost of a sensor in the system showing imminent replacement. They also took every effort to ensure correct operation of the coolant system. I would recommend them to every Porsche owner, and have.
