Raphael and Nikko have been honest, reliable and fair. The technicians have done a great job on my Audi as well as my older Nissan. I recommend them. Their pricing has proven competitive with other independent shops I have used.

I ordered tires on line - had them delivered to Autohaus for installation. This worked very well. When I had a slow air leak a few days later and had a minor wheel shimmy (lost a wheel ballance weight)- although disappointing, both were fixed promptly and at no charge.

follow up after continued problems has been really good. Can't wait to hear the modified exhaust.

I took my 2005 BMW 325CI in to have some parts replaced on a Friday with no appointment, they were able to get me in their schedule, took me to my job, and even picked me up once my vehicle was finished. I was only charged for 1/2 an hour of labor instead of one hour, they smoked my engine to find the leaks, no charge, usually that is a charged procedure I think. I had a budget to work within, and Rafael, and Tim, made sure I was within my budget. Everything I wanted completed on my vehicle was done correctly. My car is running so much better now. I saw the bad reviews below, I have had bad experiences at Walmart, that doesnt mean I will never shop at Walmart again. Do your research on your vehicle so you at least have an idea of whats going on, and what you should anticipate being charged for. My experience IS worthy of 5 STARS!! I will recommend these guys to anyone I know. Thanks Again!

I'm not sure where my last review went so I wanted to write another as we just had my sons VW Jetta worked on. We have had ALL of our cars taken care of by Foreign Autohause since we first used them about 2 years ago. They are excellent. Not sure why there could even be a bad review on here. We have a 2004 BMW 530i, a 2004 Toyota Sequoia as well. My son broke down the other night in his car. I had the car towed to Foreign Autohase and everything looked at. Rafeal personally came out and told us everything that was going on, what needed to be fixed ASAP and what could wait a few months as my son was paying for the repairs himself and needed to space it out. My son learned a valuable lesson on auto care that day. Rafeal also has been very helpful in the search for a car for our daughter. On a few occasions we took him a car we were considering and he looked over the vehicle and told us whether it was a good buy or had any issues we should be aware of. Rafeal is a straight shooter and I think I've come to realize some may not like that by reading their reviews. But he will not dance around the issues that need to be dealt with I have found. Personally, I would rather have a mechanic that cares enough about my safety and my families to tell me like it is rather than blow smoke to make me feel better. I highly recommend this shop. I will continue to use them for our service without hesitation.

If you have a car that needs to be fixed--take it here! As a person who knows nothing about fixing cars, I know I can go here and get an honest opinion of what needs to be done. Not only is the facility well cared for and nice the employees are very friendly. I will only take my car here for any repairs or maintenance!

I simply will not take any of my BMW's anywhere else. Rafael Cedeno and his staff are the absolute best. Over the past three years he has saved me thousands of dollars on automotive repairs for my BMW's. I will not let anyone else work on my cars. You owe it to yourself and your vehicles to go to Foreign Autohaus in El Dorado Hills.

I was so impressed today with the excellent customer service, as well as the very thorough report I received back on the car at a very affordable price. The owner, Raphael, gave me a lift home, and we had a wonderful conversation about the value of excellence in one's business. I will not hesitate to call on them again, and look forward to referring them to others.

I experienced a coolant system problem in my 12 year old Porsche late on a Friday afternoon along with the need to travel to the bay area the following Tuesday. Foreign Autohaus scheduled me in the shop Monday a.m., got parts from the outside, and met my short schedule. In addition, they noted an additional problem with my automatic windows, which I thought could only be done at a body shop and remedied that problem at the same time. Having their services available in El Dorado Hills has been a blessing.
