I’ve been a Foreign Autohaus customer for over five years and their honesty in dealing with people and the thoroughness of their work is worth every bit of my 5-star rating. I recently had them install the Noelle Performance tune in my 2018 BMW M240i. The performance jump was nothing short of incredible. According to the cars own internal Performance Monitor, the Noelle tune bumped my horse power from 330 to 440 and torque from 360 Ft-lbs to 450! Regardless of the numbers the car runs smooth and when I ask for power it defiantly delivers. The upgrade was absolutely worth every penny. A big thank you and 5 stars here.

I bought a 2014 BMW M235i recently and took it to Foreign Autohaus for the first time last week for oil service. The car was checked thoroughly and afterward the two minor issues (no action recommended at this time) which were discovered were explained completely to me. I feel that the facility, the technicians, and the customer service at Foreign Autohaus are top-notch, and I think that I have found the shop which I will be using for the life of my car. Thanks guys.

I took my 2017 Audi A6 in for a brake check. They could have easily replaced my brakes and charged me but Jonny said I didn't really need it just yet. I decided to wait and they didn't charge me. The communication is fantastic!

Just had my 2010 BMW 328i serviced at Foreign Autohaus for the first time and was very impressed with the overall process they use to schedule and conduct their work. I stopped by their shop to schedule my servicing and immediately received an e-mail documenting the appointment. I also received reminders before the appointment. After I dropped off my car they sent me a detailed report (with photos) on everything they were seeing. Johnny then called to review the work bill. I was then given the opportunity to approve/decline each aspect of the work bill (really liked this option). Once the work was completed, I got the call that my car was ready. All in all a very service oriented process and very client centered. The e-mail/text information was also very helpful and easy to use. Five stars from me!
