I came in for an oil change and because the rideshare service was delayed, they put my car at the top of schedule and my service was completed just over an hour later. The owner also introduced himself and was friendly. The customer service was outstanding---far and above my local dealership. I have been going to Foreign Autohaus for the past few years since my car went out of warranty and have been very happy with their service.

Quality, efficient & reasonably price auto service on cars that can be otherwise expensive.

Personal service is great! The owner and employees are courteous and personable... The prices are however expensive!! The labor rate is very high and the parts have a very high mark up.. And do not go there thinking they are going to test drive your car for free ! They charge you for that too... Everything about owning expensive cars cost money.. It is a nice shop and they seem to care about their work and having happy customers..

Great service - quick with reasonable prices and friendly people!

If you value honesty in your mechanic this is the shop you should be coming to. When I replaced the wheels on my wife's Mercedes (bought before we met) I discovered that one of the lug bolts was sheared off inside the wheel hub and another lug bolt was missing and I couldn't screw a bolt into the hole because the threads were warped and rusted. Firestone initially told me they could fix the hub but called me back the next day trying to charge me a ridiculous amount for a new hub (more than double than Mercedes charges) and 2 hrs at $135/hr to install. I took the car back and used a $10 easy out tool to remove the sheared off hub so I could attach at least 4/5 lug bolts and ordered a new hub from Mercedes. After looking around for a reputable shop to install the new hub I found Foreign Autohaus on google and called to make an appointment. Raphael (the owner) answered and after explaining the problem he offered to loan me his own thread chaser to see if I could fix the hub myself before making an appointment. That night I chased the thread on both of the problem wheel hub holes and the new lug bolts fit like a glove afterward. I'm returning the new hub to Mercedes for a refund today and all together Foreign Autohaus saved me at least $450 in parts and labor ($750 if you go by what Firestone wanted). I'm extremely pleased and will be going back to this shop for all of my future service and repairs.
