From all my dealings with Auto repair shops they are by far the best. They kept me informed every step of the way and always asked my permission before any work was done or they raised my bill. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. if you love dogs then this is the place for you. the owners dog is there to meet and keep you company during what can be for some a very stressful time.

Rafael was very busy the day I came in for my appointment. Nevertheless, he was very accommodating and made sure that I was welcomed. I was bringing my car in for an inspection. He completed the inspection personally, including a thorough road test. He made sure I understood all of the issues. He wrote me a thorough report of the inspection. The price was very affordable. It was exactly what I needed. He and his staff were very professional. Rafael is a die hard Porsche enthusiast (the Porsche crest is tattooed on his bicep). He is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and friendly.

Rafael and his team have worked on my A4 for as long as I’ve had it. I first took it to them when they were still in El Dorado Hills Town Center. They have since relocated to Folsom off Prairie City Road. They have consistently delivered excellent service and repair quality. They are unfailingly honest and will not attempt to sell you on service you don’t actually need.

The team at Foreign Autohaus has serviced both our BMW and Lexus vehicles. During the most recent service visit it turned out that our Lexus didn't need to be serviced. It was refreshing to have a partner that didn't trying to sell us something they didn't feel was necessary.
